Top tip: roast in a hot oven until the skin starts to blister, then turn the oven down to low, cover with foil and roast slowly for hours. At the end of cooking turn the oven back up to high to crisp up the crackling.
Delivery Information
We dispatch orders by next day delivery twice a week, either on a Wednesday to arrive Thursday or on a Thursday to arrive Friday. The goods are packaged in an insulated box with an ice pack.
