March is here and with it a joyous feeling that there is a turn in the weather. Occasional mild, sunny days have seen us in T-shirts, with some even braving shorts! The washing is back on the line, Vincent has his parasol up to enjoy an alfresco lunchbreak and lots of people have been able to sit outside the coffee shop again.
