Meat Deliveries

Your meat  will be fresh and packaged in vacuum packages or on trays and then in strong insulated cardboard.  We will ship to you using a next-day courier service, currently parcelforce. Whenever possible we book a morning delivery slot. We use a special eco-friendly sheep’s wool insulation in our boxes, together with sorbafreeze ice packs.  Please ensure that someone is available to receive your goods, as they are perishable and must be signed for. Goods purchased can be dispatched on Wednesdays for arrival the following day. Local deliveries can be more flexible.  Please make sure you select the same delivery date for all items in your order.  Postage and packaging costs £20 per box.  The boxes will fit up to around 10kg meat.

Returns

MEAT – Our meat cannot be returned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your delivery

FOREST ADVENTURE TICKETS – Our Forest Adventure Tickets are non refundable and non returnable.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a problem with your booking
