Broom House Farm Cafe
Delicious cakes and freshly ground coffee are waiting for you at the farm cafe. In the kitchen we are cooking a delicious selection of light lunches, using local seasonal British ingredients wherever possible.
Come and try something new from our Spring/Summer menu which will be available from the 3rd February! We have added to the menu some healthier options so there is something to suit everyone, especially for those still sticking to their New Years Resolution to lose a few pounds!
On the other hand we now bake our very own teacakes!... which are rather tempting.
Winter Opening Times Wednesdays-Sundays 10am-4.30pm
A sample of our Spring/Summer menu includes:
- Homemade Soups of the day.
- House Special Salad.
- Specials such as Lamb, Brie and Mint toasties, Seasoned Wedges and a Choice of Dip.
- Jacket potatoes with a variety of fillings.
- Hot Saddleback Sausage Buns.
Sticky toffee pudding, chocolate brownies, millionaire shortbread, scones, muffins and many more fantastic treats that will tempt you back for more.
SUNDAY LUNCH! Booking recommended. Childs Course (including a pudding) - £6.50/Adults Lunch - £8.50/Two Course (starter and main or main and dessert) - £11.00/Three Course (starter,main and dessert) - £14.00.
KNITTING WEDNESDAYS on the first Wednesday of every month at 2.30pm. Celebrate Winter with an afternoon of cake, tea and knitting!

The coffee shop is housed in a beautiful wooden building with living sedum roof and solar power. A cosy log burning stove waits to warm you on cold winter's days.
Patio doors open out on to the decking, where tables overlook the children's play field. Indoors the farming mat and story books provide entertainment for the children and newspapers and magazines await the adults. Make sure you stop in to see our hens, ducks and piglets before you go! Why not meet a friend to walk the dogs? Dogs welcome outside on leads and under control.
Please note that we do not permit food other than purchased on site to be consumed inside or outside the coffee shop. We welcome picnics in the grassy car park area - bring a picnic rug.

Please note that the butchers shop is open as usual on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, but that we will try and help you with any meat purchases when you visit the coffee shop outside these times -
